Jackie provides counselling therapy to adolescents, adults, and couples experiencing challenges in their personal, family, or work relationships. She has supported individuals coping with stress, depression, anxiety, self-esteem and boundary issues, communication and assertiveness skills, relationship concerns, trauma, addictions, and anger management.
For over fourteen years, Jackie has worked as an educator/counsellor helping individuals and families develop their abilities to support and strengthen relationships. Jackie utilizes therapeutic approaches dependent upon an individual’s situation and goals. She is trained to incorporate techniques from an Adlerian, Narrative, Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution-Focused, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapies.
Laurel Mowatt, MA, CCPA, RCC

Laurel’s experience includes counselling therapy for adults, teens and children experiencing distress as a result of challenges in their personal life, in relationships or at their workplace. She has supported individuals addressing depression, anxiety, self esteem and boundary issues, communication and assertiveness skills, midlife issues, women’s issues as well as parenting concerns.
Laurel’s training and experience also includes support for those addressing grief or loss in addition to individuals or families facing a medical crisis. As a volunteer, Laurel Chairs a program at Women’s and Children’s Hospital on behalf of the Red Cross and conducts therapeutic groups at Ronald McDonald House. Her therapeutic approach is integrative incorporating Adlerian, Cognitive Behavior and Solution Focused therapies.
